After 20+ years within in the rail industry, Dan continues to play a pivotal role in supporting Forza’s clients with the resourcing and delivery of complex, multi-million-pound projects.
His in-depth understanding of the sector allows him to anticipate challenges, provide practical solutions, and ensure the right people are in place at the right time.
Dan is focused on building strong, long-term partnerships by delivering bespoke solutions that meet the demands of each project, while also supporting and developing internal talent to perform at their best. He's also passionate about driving sustainable growth and maintaining the high standards Forza Rail is known for.

Alan Moore - Civils Site Delivery Manager
Alan brings over 25 years of experience in the rail industry, as well as a huge depth of knowledge and calm confidence to every project he touches.
He started his career working on station refurbishments, before moving into the infrastructure side of the sector, a journey that’s given him a well rounded view of both the practical and strategic sides of rail civils.
Today Alan works closely with Dan and Casi, helping to manage and lead the Civils workforce across the South West and South Wales.
From planning and logistics to problem solving on site, Alan plays a vital role in keeping projects moving safely, smoothly and on time!

Casi Mansfield - Resource Manager
With a background as a qualified mechanic, including several years working with luxury automotive brands such as Maserati and Bentley, Casi brings a strong hands-on work ethic, attention to detail, and a highly technical mindset to his role. His early career on the tools helped shape a practical, problem-solving approach that continues to influence how he works today.
After making the move into the rail industry , Casi quickly found his feet, progressing into a Team Leader and Supervisor role within his first year.
Casi now oversees projects throughout every stage of delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while ensuring open and clear communication with both site teams and clients.
