Dan is focused on building strong, long-term partnerships by delivering bespoke solutions that meet the demands of each project, while also supporting and developing internal talent to perform at their best.
He's also passionate about driving sustainable growth and maintaining the high standards Forza Rail is known for.

Stuart has over 12 years’ experience supplying skilled staff to the rail industry, and brings extensive industry knowledge, strong client relationships, as well as a clear understanding of what it takes to support successful delivery within live operational rail environments.
As Rail Director, Stu plays a key role in overseeing workforce operations, ensuring teams are supported, projects are properly resourced, and the highest standards of safety and compliance are maintained across every site.
He is an advocate for health and safety, fatigue management, and workforce wellbeing, recognising the importance of keeping teams safe, supported, and fit for work in demanding operational environments.

With a background as a qualified mechanic, including several years working with luxury automotive brands such as Maserati and Bentley, Casi brings a strong hands-on work ethic, attention to detail, and a highly technical mindset to his role.
His early career on the tools helped shape a practical, problem-solving approach that continues to influence how he works today.
After making the move into the rail industry, Casi quickly found his feet, climbing the ranks and now oversees projects throughout every stage of delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while ensuring open and clear communication with both site teams and clients.

Alejandra brings a wealth of global experience within the rail industry, alongside a professional background that spans almost every aspect of office administration and operational support.
As Operations Manager, Alejandra oversees the day-to-day coordination that underpins Forza’s project delivery. From managing operational processes and supporting the team to ensuring accounts and administration remain organised and on track, she helps maintain the structure and efficiency that our clients and teams rely on.
Known for her calm, organised approach and ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned, Alejandra plays a key role in supporting both our internal team and the projects we deliver across the rail network.

Alan brings over 25 years of experience in the rail industry, as well as a huge depth of knowledge and calm confidence to every project he touches.
He started his career working on station refurbishments, before moving into the infrastructure side of the sector, a journey that’s given him a well rounded view of both the practical and strategic sides of rail civils.
Today Alan works closely with Dan and Casi, helping to manage and lead the Civils workforce across the South West and South Wales. From planning and logistics to problem solving on site, Alan plays a vital role in keeping projects moving safely, smoothly and on time!
